Bio

Ashley Nicole Allison is a parody artist living in Austin, Texas with her husband and two dogs, Link and Kadala. She was born and raised in DFW and graduated cum laude with a BA in Art History from Austin College in Sherman, Texas.

Her passion for visual art stems from a lifelong adoration of the myriad of artists that preceded her. She’s been involved in the creative sector as an artist, advocate, student, and instructor, fully immersing herself in the many facets of the arts industry. 

Her mixed-media works are a culmination of the many things that inspire her, such as: art history, popular culture, bright colors, and recycled or ready-made materials.

In 2019, her works were featured in group exhibitions at Emo’s (Austin, TX), House of Blues (Dallas, TX), and South by Southwest [SXSW] (Austin, TX). Her work currently hangs at Funimation headquarters in Flower Mound, TX. She also licenses several of her designs to Le Galeriste, an online fashion retailer based out of Montreal, Canada.
